Single-Family Residential Property Registration Agreement

**The following agreement pertains to listings for single family residential properties.**

By checking this box I certify and agree to the following:

I own and/or manage single-family residential properties that I may consider renting to Wake Forest University undergraduate students.
I understand that Wake Forest University undergraduate students will not be released from on-campus housing to reside off-campus until confirmation has been sent by the Office of Residence Life and Housing that the property has again been added to the registered housing list.
If, in the future, I acquire additional rental properties or no longer own or wish to rent certain properties that are listed on this website, I am required to promptly notify the Office of Residence Life and Housing at Wake Forest University at housing@wfu.edu of any such changes.
I understand that once I receive confirmation from the Office of Residence Life and Housing that the properties I list on this website have been registered, renewal of the registration will be required in March of each year unless informed otherwise by the Office of Residence Life and Housing.
I understand that any changes to the Wake Forest University Off-Campus Housing Policies will be published on the Residence Life and Housing website and notice will be sent by the University to the email address associated with my account on the Wake Forest University Off-Campus Housing Service. I also understand that I am required to update the email address on my account if there are any changes.
I understand, agree to, and am in compliance with the Off-Campus Housing Terms of Eligibility and Off-Campus Housing Requirements, as noted on the Residence Life and Housing website.
I acknowledge that I have received and reviewed the Off-Campus Landlord Orientation and Resources provided by the Office of Residence Life and Housing.
I understand that I am responsible for reviewing these policies and if internet access is not available, a copy will be forwarded to me upon request.
